The main event conference will be held January 23rd and 24th, 2025 with additional training courses held on January 21st and 22nd, 2025 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, 1775 E. Cheyenne Mountain Boulevard, Colorado Springs, CO 80906.
We're excited to announce that this year, we're introducing a fresh management system for registration, tickets, schedules, agendas, and all things Short Course. You’ll have the chance to access your ticket, create a profile to mingle with other attendees, and stay updated with live changes to the schedule, among other features. During registration you will create a Whova profile to gain full access to all of the features. Don’t forget to download the mobile app for easy access while you're at the event!
This ticket grants you access to a full-day training course available on Tuesday and Wednesday, which includes lunch. Please be aware that this ticket does not cover entry to the Conference. If you're interested in attending the Conference as well, make sure to choose both the class(es) and the General Admission Ticket during registration. Remember, spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis!
This ticket includes the following:
* There are two options for general admission tickets: one for members and another for non-members.
For Exhibitors and vendors, a general admission ticket can be obtained. You’ll also find sponsorship packages and extra add-ons available for purchase during registration.
Contact nacerockymountainsection@gmail.com for free admission if you are a full time active student.
Please reach us at nacerockymountainsection@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
This site will be the primary source for general information about the event. During the registration process, you'll need to create a Whova profile, which will provide you with more detailed information about the event. After creating your profile, you'll have the opportunity to connect with other attendees, access your ticket, receive real-time schedule updates, and explore an interactive map of the conference, among other features. We highly recommend downloading the Whova App for the Short Course to easily stay updated on everything.
Simply click the buttons above to register for the event! For any help with the checkout process, please refer to the "Ticket Clarification" section. Keep in mind that the additional training courses are offered on a first come, first served basis, so early registration is recommended. Also, registering for the additional training courses does not cover the Short Course registration.
Yes, the additional training courses offered are separate from the Conference. You can attend either or both, but please note that tickets and registration for the Conference and for any additional training courses are separate.
The training courses are offered on Tuesday, January 21st and Wednesday, January 22nd, 2025 from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
The Conference starts Thursday January 23rd at 7:30am and ends Friday January 24th at 12:30pm.
Yes, AMPP Rocky Mountain Chapter welcomes and greatly appreciates sponsorships/donations for the Short Course. Various donation options are available to purchase as add-ons when registering. Please contact Wink Jenkins at wjenkins@qualcorr.com with any additional questions.
